These terms apply to purchases made from Roam & Hound at roamandhound.co.uk. Roam & Hound is a trading name operated by Jose Montes from 19 Saint David's Road, Newbury, RG14 5PS, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@roamandhound.co.uk.

Orders and contract

By submitting an order, you offer to buy the items in your basket. A contract is formed when we email confirmation that we have accepted your order. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance, including where stock, pricing or payment information is incorrect. If payment has been taken for an order we cannot accept, we will refund it.

Products and pet safety

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary between screens. Check product measurements and suitability before use. Products must be used under appropriate supervision and in accordance with their instructions. Stop using any item that becomes damaged. Nothing on this website is veterinary advice.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable UK taxes where required. Delivery charges are shown before payment. Payment must be authorised before an order is accepted.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy form part of these terms. They explain delivery estimates, your statutory 14-day cancellation right for most online purchases, return arrangements and exclusions. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping. The Roam & Hound name, branding, copy, photographs and designs may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or interfere with its operation.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Privacy

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information needed to operate the store, take payment and deliver orders.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when your order is accepted will apply to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
