Shipping policy

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. The full shipping charge and available service are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 2 to 3 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day. We will email you when your order has been dispatched.

UK delivery options

Standard delivery costs £4.99 and normally takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Standard delivery is free when the order value is £50 or more. Express delivery costs £6.99 and normally takes 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather or peak periods. Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days.

Tracking and address details

Where tracking is available, the dispatch email will include a tracking link. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact hello@roamandhound.co.uk immediately if an address needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Missing or damaged parcels

If a parcel is delayed, damaged or appears lost, email hello@roamandhound.co.uk with your order number. Keep all packaging and provide photographs of any damage so that we can investigate with the carrier.

International delivery

International delivery is not currently available. We will update this policy when additional destinations are introduced.
